Nidhogg Deck : dual ursula or dual dark Golem
#1
Hi and congrats to the new Nidhogg owners Smile

I am wondering which deck would be the most efficient between

A : Nidhogg(L)/Dark Golem/Dark Golem/Ursula/Novalis + Ursula(A)
or
B : Nidhogg(L)/Dark Golem/Ursula/Ursula/Novalis + Ursula(A)
or
C : Nidhogg(L)/Dark Golem/Ursula/Honor/Novalis + Ursula(A)

Reasons :
A will bring a steady income of dark runes, which will be helpfull after Novalis activation. However, the number of dark runes per Golem activation will be lower than the scenario C, and burst would only occur 4 turns every 4 turns (at max CD for Ursula) -> 50% burst possibility (if you may align

B will bring less dark runes, and less runes per Dark Golem activation (compared to scenario C) BUT the burst (especially after Novalis activation, and at max Ursula CD) will occur 6 times within 8 turns, meaning that you "may" only have 2 turns without all dragons being at their max potential

C will be more conventional but the burst itself may be the craziest, thus only occuring twice within 8 turns ...

Of course, stages may not last long enough to require such burst, but I am a bit puzzled atm
Therefore, I would like to know which way to go :

Bursting often
or
Bursting higher
or
Secure way to burst

Any advice welcome Smile
PS, as my sig says it all, I am not a dragon specialist, thus having all the evolved forms for the cards mentionned above ...
PS2 (EDIT) : Well, another solution would be not tu use Nidhogg as leader but as a regular team member, but these 300% damages + 200% HP is so tempting ...

Just my 2 cts :

- Team A, will be much accurate... 2 Dark Golem is enought to burst with your 2 Ursula !!
- Team B, you will be missing the dark rune obviously ! So I say NO.
- Team C, you will have much more dark rune every 5 turn ... But you don't need anymore make 6 rune-break in a row, you have to burst during 4 turn !!
so ....

GO TEAM [A] !

Usually you will take team A
Team B... 2 Max CD Ursula ain't no joke. But provided you have the cards this team is extremely powerful and is designed for stages where you need weak but constant burst. This can potentially be the best team out of the 3. But you'll have to be very good at rune stacking.
Team C is designed for a boss with very high HP that requires serious bursting.

These 3 teams are only comparable if a specific stage is given. Generally there is no best team.

Thank you for these inputs
Well, I managed to get 2 Pisces at quite max level, should be able to drive 2 Ursula to high CD also Smile
For the moment, I may go with Team A for the day to day play and will switch to C for high burst demand
Team B is very tempting Smile

I chose team B
I like more ursulla active.
Even you can mini burst with earth rune to kill moderate high hp mobs.

It's the same team recommended by Madhead in their video presentation. And just a slight variation from the previous "perfect" setup.

I know, but well, maybe someone will come with a brand new idea with the Nidhogg release, because so far, Nidhogg is not "that" a revolution Smile
