Hiei seems to be the easiest clear. Yusuke can do it too, although the stages where you can't include water/light in initial dissolve will be annoying. 
You want a sniper, and skills that can explode runes. 
General Strategy: 
1) Spin while stalling CD
2) If you have enough HP you can keep stalling here but most teams will need to kill quickly and move on
3a) Converters can help deal with the marked runes, otherwise spin well 
3b) Ideally you want something that can convert water away. Otherwise stack runes and spin well. 
4) Spin through
5a, 5b) Similar to 3b, you want something that can convert light away, and/or explode electric runes for 5b. 
6) Snipe and spin through
7a) Most teams can't stay here too long without hearts. Burst it down
7b) Clear the marked runes and burst it down. Good luck!

0 Diamond Clear with Dual Hiei + VR Jackie, Vanir, Lancelot, Mukuro and Aggressive Pique Seal for 2 turn delay in emergency

1, 2) Spin through while stalling CD, turn on Lancelot when ready
3a) Hiei both skills and Lancelot to burst
3b) Spin through while stacking water runes. DC in emergency
4) Spin
5a) Spin through while stacking light runes, DC in emergency
5b) Mukuro team skill to explode the board
6) Vanir and spin well
7a) Hiei EP skill 2
7b) Jackie, Hiei switch, Hiei EP skill 2, Lancelot both skills. Spin through with prepped board on the second turn if still not dead.

0 dime clear with Megumin. Activate Darkness when it's ready.

1) Stall for CD
2) Kill the right, then the left; both quickly
3a) Grind
3b) Use either Megumin 2nd active
4) Spin. Should be able to OHKO both.
5a) Use Megumin 1st active if needed. Otherwise spin avoiding dissolving light initially.
5b) Activate Chris and burst
6a) Switch Kurapika and activate 2nd active. Don't worry about darkness getting reset for next round.
6b) Switch Gon, activate 2nd active. All out burst with craft if ready.
7) Laugh

I started this game a little over a month ago so all I have is Konosuba characters. So here's an all-Konosuba clear. I used it to farm up a full Robert, so it works. (I do have years of experience playing PAD so not a newbie, just new to this game.)

Aqua Chris Mitsurugi Mitsurugi Megumin Aqua

1. Stall as much as possible. I generally make one combo, then make 5 different color match, then 1 combo, then 5 again, then 1. You can basically get most everything up if you're careful and don't make columns.
2. Can stall some more by taking them out one at a time. Make sure to match five different attributes if you're about to get hit.
3.1 Aqua makes this easy, just make the locked stuff disappear by moving it.
3.2 Both my Mitsurugis are skilled so I don't waste too much effort here and just pop one. If you don't combo hard you have to take another shot. It's ok to match a water combo as long as you match 5 attributes. For a sure kill use Chris and then Mitsurugi.
4. Can stall a few turns to get Mitsurugi (and Chris) back around. Don't need them back completely.
5.1 I prefer not to mess with this level if there are a good number of light orbs. Mitsurugi away light or just do it carefully. The problem with using Chris to kill light is you don't get hearts and 5 attributes and if you don't OHKO you're dead. So be a little careful.
5.2 Aqua skill 2 and Mitsurugi away light.
6. Your job here is to get your craft back. So I combo hard one turn just to charge it. Then Megumin. Then combo again just to charge craft. Then combo to kill. That just about fills my craft. Your results may vary.
7.1 Aqua skill 2, Chris, Aqua skill 1 and combo away everything.
7.2 So now you're locked but you have 5 attributes. Can go a few different ways. My preferred method is spin hard and make sure you unlock every rune by moving it. Make sure you don't match the rune you picked up! You will survive his hit. If you have hearts and 4 other attributes every round you can just spin him down. Otherwise, you need to spin the biggest hit you can and use the craft and hope for a KO.

Alternate Hiei Clear using 1 turn stall DC (dissolve dark runes to charge). I used this to farm 4 PR mats.

Hiei + Mukuro + Lancelot + Ubume + Vanir + Hiei
DC: 1 turn delay + charges via dissolve dark. Make your team DC's dissolve dark or dissolve any runes. Try to find an ally Hiei with a dissolve dark DC.

R1: Stall CD until Lancelot + Ubume are up.
R2: Use Lancelot/Ubume and spin.
R3a: Use Hiei conversion and spin remaining water.
R3b: Use Lancelot conversion and spin.
R4: Spin converted dark. Memorize light positions.
R5a: Spin, stacking light runes.
R5b: Mukuro team skill.
R6: Vanir, Lancelot conversion. Spin all dark runes to quickly charge up DC.
R7a: Transform Hiei + Hiei EP12 active + non-transformed Hiei conversion. Spin all dark runes and hit the vortex.
R7b: At this point, DC should be charged again. Use DC to clear the locked runes + delay 1 turn + store fire/dark. Then Ubume, Hiei transform + EP12 active, Lancelot to kill.
